What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. At this time, we are only accepting
orders online and do not accept payment via cheque. If you have a good purchase history with us and wish to pay via purchase order, this can be arranged if you meet certain criteria.
How do you measure how effective my ads are?
We use several systems for tracking impressions, clicks and ROI including Google Analytics and Google AdManager. We suggest you have some form of Analytics package installed on your website to see how many people are clicking you ads and can help you create specific campaign URLs with tracking capabilities if required.
What kind of comittment am I making?
Surface Watch is a pay-as-you-go service, so you're free to cancel your advertising
whenever you like. If you cancel in the middle of the billing period, you'll still be charged for that
run of advertising, but we won't subject you to any contracts or additional fees.
How long should I run my ads for?
Surface Watch does not tie in advertisers to any fixed term, so you can decide how long you want to run your ads for. If you do choose to run ads for a period of 6 months or more, you will receive a discount of 15% of the overall cost.
