Diving Overview for B-25 Bomber

B-25 Bomber has a maximum diving depth of around 15m / 45ft and is suitable for all divers. The average visibility is 10-20 metres and access to the dive site is by boat.

This American B-25C Mitchell Bomber was shot down by Japanese Zeros in February, 1944, all crew members survived. Apparently the crew had nicknamed this jet 'Pistoff'.

The B-25 now lies upright in 12-15m of water of a flat sandy bottom. The wreck is damaged but well intact and has been colonised by corals, clams and other marine life.
