Around Nassau are some beautiful dive sites from colourful reefs to blue hole caves and even some wrecks.
There are many specied of shark and lots of dive operators offer shark feeding trips to Shark Junction and other sites around the island.
The Blue Holes around Andros are truly spectacular. Once you squeeze through the small tunnels and caves you can emerge into huge underwater Cathedral-like caverns full of stalagmites. For less experienced divers, you can see the fish feeding at the entrance to these caves from the surface.
Since there is virtually no water run-off from the islands, the waters here are some of the world's clearest. Temperatures and visibility are good all year round
